Of course there are cameras with 4, 5, 6 and more of millions mega pixels, of course the more pixels the higher they cost.

I'm not sure why your even compairing the 2, they are 2 different technologies used for 2 different purposes. VGA is used on computers not Cameras. VGA uses color modes, refresh rates etc etc. Megapixel is basically how many millions of pixels can fit on a image sensor of a camera.
