I think Nokia N72 is the best deal. It has 2MP camera with Flash with a really good sound quality. It also has the ability to attach any of the speakers. It is also equipped with flash-players, browsers, acrobat readers, office readers(word, excel, ppt). U can create and post blogs on it. U can edit ur images on the phone itself. It also have some more features. I think its enough for 15500.

Samsung slim series is really a trendy one, with extra battary and even with some model blue tooth hands free is free.

my friend has a Sony Ericsson walkman phone W810i with free external speakers. he is getting great usage out of his cell. he sends lots of photos snapped with his cell, which i shall say are of good quality.
I think he had bought it last month for 15200.00 with free external white speakers for listening to his mp3 songs/videos.
