need specially an IR transmitting circuit diagram of a universal remote controller. The programmable part of this remote controller should deal with the microcontroller PIC16F877A.The transmitter should be able to transmit the signal send by the PIC. and that transmitted signal should have the ability to been captured by other IR sensing device.

First of all it is not possible to draw the diagram in the box given. So I shall try to explain. The infromation processing unit is like the keypad detector of a the computer the numerical keypad which is actually diodes certain combinations working in tandem for certain numerics or functions selected. This is fed to the IR lamp which glows in tandem to the signal which is picked up the PIC controller through a IR detector, which is then sampled and processed and sent to a counter the output of which determines the which function to choose. Draw this thing and you will get a UIRC.

get a spec sheet for that IC from the manufacturer, they always come with recommended circuit designs.
