I've looked on the website for the code, but Sprint's website is worthless and impossible to navigate.

I know I can update the software via the phone menu, but I know there's a code to update the towers my phone recognizes.

By SRL I mean a Single Reflex Lens, I won't say money is no object but I know realistically they are expensive pieces of kit.

I placed DVD in drawer, closed it, but "no disc" message appeared (I assumed it was not sitting properly)
I pressed "open" button, but drawer wd not come out.
What can I do?
Not only can I not play discs, but this DVD belongs to my library so I want to return it

I have reset the player to factory default values and yet it still will not play my DVD. Very frustrating. The Product Manual does not have info for customer service. Anybody knows who and where to call? I made a cursory seach for TERAPIN using their website www.terapintech.com but no luck. It seems that the site in now defunct. I bought the player from Fry's and is only less than 2 years old.

I have a Panasonic mini-dv camcorder. It keeps saying TAPE NOT INSERTED even though there is a brand-new compatible tape in there. We have also tried one it recorded on previously. It still says TAPE NOT INSERTED. It was working fine a few days ago. What could be the problem?
