I need help troubleshooting my TERAPIN DVD TT-2600 player. It shows "NO DISC" when in fact there is DVD inside

I have reset the player to factory default values and yet it still will not play my DVD. Very frustrating. The Product Manual does not have info for customer service. Anybody knows who and where to call? I made a cursory seach for TERAPIN using their website www.terapintech.com but no luck. It seems that the site in now defunct. I bought the player from Fry's and is only less than 2 years old.

the lens is no more good. u can open the dvd and clean the lens with lens cleaner or mrthylated spirit if the problem persists change the lens
