Geri:
That is condensation collecting on the interior walls of your "fridge".
Do you leave the door open for extended periods of time? Do you open and close the door frequently? Is the temperature set correctly (about 35 F., 2 C) ,Do you live in an area that is normally very warm? One other thing, there is supposed to be a drain hole somewhere on the bottom of the refrigerator under those "crisper" compartments to allow that water to drain out into a pan under the "fridge" where a small fan evaporates it. Check to see if the drain hole is clogged..
Hopes this helps.

Look at the back panel, there may be a V shaped channel there, in the centre there will be a small hole which is blocked with food debris, clean it out and trickle some water down to check that it's clear. Should be ok after that.

When it defrosts there is water that runs off the evaporator into a collector and down a pipe to underneath ,then into a tray and the heat of the compressor dries it off.Check the drain pipe for a blockage.Poke a bit of wire down it.
