I have a Verizon cell phone, and I have the extended warranty which costs me $6 a month. Today my phone broke, and they won't replace it, because they said they don't make my model anymore. I asked them why have I been paying insurance on it for the last year then, and they couldn't tell me! What should I do? They are charging me for the insurance, willingly taking my money, but they won't honor my insurance!
