itunes help?

Question

Hey my itunes wont import my videos into the liberary, the videos are WMV format, I downloaded them off the internet, and when I try "Import" or "Add File To Liberary" or "Add Folder To Liberary" it just it acts like its thinking and gunna do it but then stops and just sits and they dont import. Ive gotten other WMV to import, do they have to be saved a certain way or something? any help plzz?

Im using windows xp, I have the latest version of itunes. Hey thank for caring.

I'm looking, but so far, I've only found references for problems putting videos in the iPod, not into the library:

Are you using Mac or Windoze?
Have you installed the latest iTunes update?
