You have to put the songs you want to burn in a playlist, then have them all selected (checked) - then it will burn.

Here's the Apple page for your problem (assuming you're using Windows): http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/windows/cddiagnostics/

You may have to format the disc or something - even if it's blank. What kind of computer are you using?

Are you putting every song you want to burn in one Playlist? When you click Burn does it tell you anything like you can't fit all the songs on one disc? If you are getting no response check the CD you are using and if are still having trouble why don't you reinstall itunes.

the new itunes you just have to put a blank CD and move your mouse to where the burn button is suppose to be click it, it will open and start burning.

look at the time on the play list and the time allowed on your CD

you battery life matters when you burn

make sure you have a Cd that wasn't used already you can't burn the same cd twice

sometimes iTunes does not like the cd you are using. try using a brand that you find works, and stick to that brand
