I have been having a problem with Dish for several months now and finally had someone tell me that they were going to send out a tech. but they had to charge me a 49.99 service fee. I told them to turn it off then, that I wasn't paying them to fix their problem. They said they would waive the fee this one time but I still had them turn it off. I would not recommend Dish to anyone.

I agree.. I have Dish Network and can never get in touch with someone if I have a problem. They may not even have a public relations department. lol Did you try the website??

http://www.dishnetwork.com/ You may have some luck on there!!

I have to agree that Dish Networks suck! They are good at taking your money.
