Can i Call with *67 useing a cell phone or Home phone a place and they can find out who it was?

With a cellphone, the answer is no. A home phone as far as I know there is no way to know who called. On a cell there is the option to block caller id, so you don't have to dial *67.

Yes you can do it from any phone equipped to use the service. Most cells will not however allow you to do it because they already have a caller id. Most land lines will allow you to do it, but as i said only if it is equipped to do it.
