You know with the windows powerpoint on the left side of the screen there is a slide thumbnails pane and a option for a outline pane. Why in the Mac PowerPoint there is only an outline, i do not want that I want the regular thumbnail view. Please help me this is really annoying.

i am trying to send my resume to an employer through an internet aplication site. they said for security reasons they only accept .txt .doc and .pdf extensions for resumes. i dont know what that means. also if i can, how would i change my resume to whatever to get them to accept it. i have written up my resume ith Microsoft Works Word Processor

I am running XP and get a problem with shutting down, it takes absolute ages. Restarting is not a problem, just shutdown. I have been on Microsoft's website, but seem to be going round it circles.
