I have three separate images I want to group into one so that when I move the image they all move together.

Not sure exactly what you are asking, but you can open one image, then increase the canvas size.

Open each other image, select the whole image and copy it. Then go to the original image and paste. It will be on a separate layer so you can move it around.

Position all images together, then merge layers. It's all one image then.
