If you are sure your antivirus software is up to date, check the inside of the box for dust accumulation. (Don't use a vacuum cleaner on it!) It may be overheating.

Something wrong with your hardware, make sure you scan your computer with anti-virus before replacing anything...
The most common cause of rebooting or re-starting the system by itself is when the memory requirement is already beyond it's capacity. some virus invade these memory that makes your system slows down or shut down, if it is virus attacked, your RAM is ok when this virus removed...otherwise you have to replace your RAM...
Check also your CPU Fan if it is working properly, overhaeting CPU tends the system hangs or shutdown by itself..
To make sure all your hardware pheripherals are working, during the start (before the system boot) go to BIOS Utility, normaly you have to press "del" key on time (or several times), in Bios Utility you can check your RAM status, CPU temperature, etc...if you changed settings anything accidentally, just exit without saving...

There are so many reasons why your computer might act like that. Please follow these steps:
1. Take your memory off from mainboard, if it sounds beeping it means your memory is ok.
2. Please check your processor, you might to release it from socket, and see if there is a sticky warranty at the bottom of the processor, remove it. it causes overheat on the processor.
Most of the reason why computer always restart because of this
3. Check your VGA Card on your PCI-E socket or AGP socket, if you have embeded / onboard VGA try to plug your vga cable to your onboard vga
4. Check your internal modem, try to release it
5. It might be errors on your mainboard especially corrupted onchipset
6. Plug off your SATA HDD cable or IDE cable, and power on your computer, if it still restart you should buy a new mainboard
