Software - May 2007

The specific program is symantec antivirus, corporate edition.

I have no experience using vista, and I was curious if it is possible to install programs written for XP onto VISTA.

I've successfully installed programs designed for win 95/98/ME onto XP, but I don't know if I can do it for vista.

Does anyone know? Please don't guess an answer, only answer if you know for SURE or you have a reputable source to back it up... thanks.

I have a box that says "Egg Circumference: Pole to Pole (in centimeters). I wrapped the text so it fits, but now the box is really long. How to I flip it sideways? I know its possible because my science teacher does it with his graphs. I cant figure out how to do it? help!

I am trying to run my Lexmark Fax Center and when I click to open it up, it starts running but the window is hidden. I try to re-open the software thinking it didn't open the first time and it gives me an error message saying the Lexmark Fax Center is already running.

I want to view a video on a website, but all I can hear is the sound. They use Windows Media Player, and in their FAQ it says make sure that you have the latest version of Windows Media Player installed.. Im pretty sure I have it, but if not how do I install the latest version? And if that isnt the problem, what else could be and how could I fix it? Thanks.

I got this program and it was supposed to help me out with cleaning my computer. But it only cleans 15 things and then it just keeps popping up with all these alerts than mean nothing to me. I do have CCleaner on my computer, but I don't know how to get that specific file only off my computer with CCleaner or anyother way.
