I want to view a video on a website, but all I can hear is the sound. They use Windows Media Player, and in their FAQ it says make sure that you have the latest version of Windows Media Player installed.. Im pretty sure I have it, but if not how do I install the latest version? And if that isnt the problem, what else could be and how could I fix it? Thanks.

Here is the video so you know what its doing. - http://stuckgamer.com/video_pages/gta_san_andreas/vid320.shtml

The video works fine on my daughter PC i am using right now and it still has the older WMP 10. What you need to do is download and install the latest WMP 11 here http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/AllDownloads.aspx?displang=en&qstechnology=, Install it and try again. You also want to disbale the Popup Blocker in IE too. Open IE, on the menu bar select Tools, Popup Blocker and Turn it off. You don't need any codecs since what you need is already in WMP 11.

EIther its Windows Media or its the Video Card in your computer. Tip: Make sure your video card is Direct X.

Codecs. Download and install ACE Mega Codecs Pack.

That link works fine for me.
