All these programs have an option where you can turn it off. Since you do not specify which it is hard to give you instruction on how to do it. If you are talking about Windows XP. Below is how to turn it off. Again, hard to tell you what to do without knowing the exact programs.

Go into your Control Panel by first clicking on the Start Button.

Then click on the Control Panel icon located in the right column of the Start Menu.

If your Start Menu is set to the Classic View, then begin by clicking on the Start Button.

Then click on Settings, then click on the Control Panel icon to open up the Control Panel.

Now, Double click on the System icon to open up the System Properties window.

Then click on the Advanced tab located at the top of the screen.

Now click on the Error Reporting button located at the bottom of the screen.

Then use your mouse to select the Disable error reporting option.

You can leave the check mark next to: But notify me when critical errors occur.

Now click the OK button to save your settings and exit the Error Reporting window.

Then click the OK button to exit the System Properties window.

The processor is running low on capacity. Most of the time is is because of too many programs running at the same time. Sometimes is is too many services or processes.
Sometimes it is a virus.
After you check for viruses-
Clean your registry with your registry cleaner and your disk cleanup under system tools to get rid of all those reports.
Do a disk defragmentation.
You might try windows Live care with IE.
And a reboot.
After doing all this you will still have an occasional problem. That is life right now.

Right click My Computer and choose Properties. In the Systems Properties window, click Error Reporting, now check "Disable error reporting", now click ok, and then click Apply and ok in the System Properties window. That should take care of that annoying error report box.

Try the normal stuff: restart the computer, run your virus scanner, etc. If none of that works, try seeing if other people have had your problem. Google the exact error message with quotations around it, and see what you can find. If that doesn't work, consider consulting *shudder* tech support. They often have workarounds to common problems, and have lots of resources at hand.
