I want to increase volume of a mp3 audio file but whenever I increase it too much it become noisy.How can I quickly find the best level of volume for my mp3 audio file that make it louder clearer but without noise?

I was using Fedora 2 and win XP on my PC. Recently, i reinstalled my Win XP operating system and after that i lost my booting option. Now i cannot boot my pc with my linux(fedora). How do i get my previous booting option so that i would be able to select any one the OS i need?

Vista doesnt currently support all the hardware on my network, but I know XP does. I know microsoft had no problems with people running Windows 98 on pc's with a 2000 or xp license. Is it ok to run XP on a pc with a vista license?

sure, it may be nothing extraordinary between "designers." there are a lot of photoshop users even between "normal" users. but if you actually go out and ask random people, most of them are not familiar with photoshop even if they can use computer in general.
and i was wondering roughly how many percent of the regular people know the basics of photoshop, like understanding resolution, layers, basic tools, etc. i would say MUCH less than half of them.

(by the way, i'm NOT talking about the "technicians" that absolutely mastered photoshop, because i know there are VERY few of them in this world.)

I trying to alphabetize some dates in Excel, but I don't know how to alphabetize it when it's entered this way: Sun 1/1/07, Mon 1/2/07, Tues 1/3/07,...etc. Can someone please tell me how i go about doing this? Thanks alot.

Ok, I just got a computer and downloaded the iTunes software to it, no problemo. Now, I'm loading my CDs into iTunes, but some CDs aren't registering/reading or something, but I know the CDs themselves are fine, some are even brand spanking new. Why won't some of them load, and how the heck do I fix it, this is important to me, any help is appreciated, thank you in advance!

I have sound recorder but its time limit is only 60 secs. Its very difficult n irritating 4 me to record there4. Plz tell me any software in which time limit is also at least 1 hr n its tracks can be supported n played in Windows media player. N from where I can download it 4 free.

my computer is going down tha crapper, i cant boot normaly because when i go into msconfig and go to services alomost everything is stopped, so when i boot normaly it doesnt go in, and i used this other virus checker that found pretty much all my virus's and i said clean up and it told me to register, im only 14 and cant buy anything online yet :(, my dad said to bad that he wont buy a virus checker, but im fully capable is doing this trust me, my future goal is to be an IT tech, anyways i need some checkers that are free, thanks a whole bunch, everyone i download aint free :( and they suck

I recently received an email from Moduslink informing me that my Vista Upgrade had been sent on Tuesday 27 February. This was one week ago. Does anyone know how long it will take to receive my order? Should it be this week? The product is from Toshiba and is being sent to Sydney, Australia.
