I was in a hung situation and tried to get out by hitting alt/ctrl/del too many times and x'd out of the pop ups with out reading them completly.

do a system restore to get it back
start
all programs
accessories
system tools
system restore
do you want restore your comp to an earlier date,click next
you see a calander,click on a date when it was ok,click next,
you computer will restore,shut down,then restart again,hopefully with your sound back.

Dont Worry Get that Sound application in Your motherboard CD not only sound all application drivers are available there...
If You Dont Have That , Ask that CDin the Shop where u bought the PC they should provide that.

I don't know exactly what happened so hard to say if I would know where it would be. If you were using Windows Media Player, you can get it from the recovery disc or you can download it from microsoft's website.

open the homestead windows explorer... get the recycle bin icon... then good click on it... deliver to.. laptop..create shortcut.. or seek the recycle bin in seek icon.. then do the comparable factor as write as above~

It could have been just a shortcut on your desktop. U should find it in your recycle bin.
