i'd suggest the Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition for the virus part and the spyware terminator for the spyware part and an additional zone alarm for the all round protection part ,if you take this config you are sure to have up to date awesome protection from what not. and here are the rapidshare links to it

adaware
