I used "add/remove programs" to remove Adobe Premiere Elements version 1 and it seems removed but still shows up in the "add/remove dialog box. Also, after installing Version 2, both versions show up in the dialog box. When I open a file using the "open with" feature only Version 1 shows up as an option.

Generally SUWIN error is occured during setup of Operating System. It does not allow to install the desired OS('98, ME). What is this & how could i resolve this?

For my websites, but also, just curious...am I old-fashioned, or a control freak, or...

I use large reduced screens, so's I can easily grab the control bars and drag them around, and sometimes even watch the progress of more than one window at once. However, I understand that some folks operate in full-screen (maximized) mode all the time, using the status bar thingies to get back and forth between apps.

How 'bout you?

Almost everything works- sound and so on, but instead of images from videos I wanted to make I don't see nothing, just the black screen. Can u help me and tell me what's wrong with my computer and how can I fix this?

Or an I define my own keyboard short cut to paste unformatted text? I used Word's Help menu and managed to define ALT-V as "Paste Special" but this just brings up the paste special window, so I still have to select "unformatted text"... which is not what I wanted. I simply want it to paste unformatted, but I can't seem to define the shortcut to be that specific. I need detailed instructions. I would also like to be able to do the same thing in MS Excel.

Recently when I turned on my computer (not the one Im on now) it gives me a black screen with a message that says "Sorry for the inconvienve blah blah blah Windows has not been able to START properly. " Then it gives me a list of option on how to restarted the computer and Ive tried every one of them and none of them WORK! IT keeps taking me back to the same screen. What am I supposed to do?? Does this mean my computer "crashed?" And is there any way to fix this? (I have a Windows XP)

I had a laptop with no FDD, so it was difficult to install windows, following a low-level format with Darik's Boot & Nuke. The BIOS was set to boot from the CD drive, as any Linux CDs I tested, worked.
