Well it depends , there are some that you have to buy and others you dont , like limewire , azureus etc now you have to understand that IT DOSENT MATTER wish software you use , its WHA YOU ARE DONWLOADING and FROM WHERE YOU ARE DOWNLOADING that counts. My advice , just download the file you want BUT before you open it run an antivirus first

limewire.. limewire is the best way to go. just go to www.limewire.com and download their free software then begin downloading whatever you want.

The trick to skip viruses is to avoid the less than 1MB .exe files.
But it's completely safe! ^ ^
