In word my pictures keep moving whenever i type eg press enter.?

How do i fix the position of pictures in word so it doesn't follow text

NOTE: text wrapping doesn't work.

One solution is to cut and paste images into the header of the document and move the image to the desired location and then close header.

Another solution would be to use tables and place the image and text inside the cells. You should then be able to use 'format picture'.
