Help with the Word menu?

I only see the blue line on the top.
No menus are available.
Please help me

I didn't figur it out just exectly what happened.Try these :

1# Help System way
1.Press F1
2.Search your Q.
2# Master way
1.Re install Office

You might have it in Full View mode. Hold down the Alt key, push V and release, then push U. That stands for Alternate view full. You should get back all your menu's.
