Does anyone know of a site to download overnet and limewire for free? I have gone to some and they say free but they want you to pay.

Since every computer manufacture puts unique features into a computer how does the installation of a new operating system, such as Vista, keep any programs unique to the computer? Does installation of a new system actually delete everything and then install from the CD or does it save and restore modules required by the computer hardware? Is there some sort of standard? I have a Toshiba laptop. Are there program modules written by Toshiba on the computer that must stay?

I am trying to burn some songs on a cd but after I put one song on it a message comes up that it can't store any more. It's a 700mb disc and says 80 minutes on it. Do I need to format the disc a special way for recording multiple songs. Any help would be appreciated. Thanx alot

a friend downloaded my picture onto the computer (which is the photo on the left) it was a normal size photo that you would get at image shots which is a little bigger than what your kid takes for a basic school photo, and sent it through e-mail, it came out on a white piece of paper and is so tiny you cant see anything, i was able to view it on adobe but unable to crop it or anything like that i need to be able to make it bigger so others can see it plz help me if you can w/ step by step directions thanx!

I am looking for a content management application that has a Graphical User Interface that allows for for writing news articles, placing the articles into whatever categories I want, being able to order categories, be able to handle multiple authors, approve articles before publication to the live site, hide articles from viewers while in the edit process and be able to have the approved article "go live" on a future date.

I would be much obliged to anyone who can steer me to a Yahoo compatible product.

I am creating a banner for the top of my e-commerce website. How do I add hyperlinks on to words in my banner?

For example the company is GreenGray.com and the words below say Contact us About Us etc. How do I add hyperlinks in Photoshop to those words so i can direct my customers to those pages?

I have approximately 70 processes running on my computer and I am more than certain most of them are not needed. I forgot what program I need to use to enable/disable each process and I need a list that can tell me what each exe. file does so I don't disable important processes. Does anyone know?

Its for Windows XP.

I've had Microsoft Outlook since July. Everything was fine. Today, I am not getting my emails in Microsoft Outlook Inbox. The emails from msn are not being linked/transferred to Microsoft Outlook. I checked the settings on Outlook and the email account is listed.

I have 2 computer in my house and I always connect two of them online through a wireless router.

Router Name: Siemens Speedstream 6500 Series Wireless Router with Broadband Modem

Connection Speed: 1 Mbs

There is no problem going online and play online games. But when I play Battlefield 2142 demo, there is no problem for one computer playing. When 2 of us are playing together, the connection becoming very laggy and at last disconnected, when one of us stop playing, the other are able to continue playing without problems.

Can anyone fix my problems?

Can anyone tell me how to disable the 'body text' function in MS Word Office XP. I hate it, it looks totally weird when compared with other text and Word seems to like automatically converting random sentences into this format. I know that it's possible to change the text formatting in the Style pull down menu that forms part of the tool bar but when I have to do that maybe 50 times in a big document that's a waste of time. Can't I just delete it as a style or is there an option that allows me to switch off automatic style formatting without switching off every other automatic process?
