For iPod users?

What is the time taken to fully recharge an iPod whose battery is almost empty ? and is it done by connecting the USB cable to the PC how is it?....all answers appreciated

It takes around 6 hours to charge from near-empty.

I don't know exactly how long it takes to completely recharge it, but it doesn't take several hours. I do know that you can charge it using the USB cord. Just connect it to your computer and it will charge (just have the PC on).
