You either have a light leak in the box of the camera, or you are accidentally shooting into a major source of light. Adjust your shooting on the next shoot to keep light away from the front of the camera. If it still happens, take the camera to a shop and have the interior examined for tiny cracks-- also check the lens for cracks, or a large dirt particle that is reflecting light into the chamber. B.

Is it universal? meaning, do the pictures look great on the screen but always printed with too much red. You may need to make adjustments to the color settings for your monitor so that they represent the true life color based on the lighting in your workspace. This probably can be done through your monitor controls.
