microsoft.com. Go to their knowledge database. Tyoe in the exact error you are getting and it will give you the solution.

Usually if it is a corrupt registry, there is little you can do. While Windows will not load with a corrupt registry, usually all your data files are still on the hard drive. Put the drive into another computer as a second hard drive and copy over any files you want. Then put the hard drive back into your computer, format it. and reinstall Windows.
