I came across the computer administrator and Limited account User what are the other users apart from these. Can you give me some information on how to assign privilages to a limited accout user to run a particular software alone (Installation & Uninstallation)

When I got my computer, I got a free software bundle pack with PowerDVD 6 on it. When I use PowerDVD it says I have to activate it, but there was no code on the disk/packaging.

the wizard let me know it wouldn't install because it couldn't find the necessary software although it did try also trouble shooter didn't help any and at the bottom of my screen it read hardware found but there must be something wrong can this situation be helped

That I had for my old computer and when I install it I get a error message D:\PFiles\MSOffice\Office\EXCEL.EXE and when I put it in drive E I get a differant error message E:\PFiles\MSOffice\Office\GRAPH9.EXE.

I am a verizon user and so i have bluetooth file transfer disabled. Can anyone of help of to find a software that i can get installed in my cellphone which allows to do the file transfer using the bluetooth. Or is it possible to download that software to my cellphone be connecting to the web so that i can use it to make a file transfer.
