I am a verizon user and so i have bluetooth file transfer disabled. Can anyone of help of to find a software that i can get installed in my cellphone which allows to do the file transfer using the bluetooth. Or is it possible to download that software to my cellphone be connecting to the web so that i can use it to make a file transfer.

IF IT DOES IT HAS THE STUFF IN THE PHONE TO USE BLUETOOTH I HAVE 2 PHONES THAT HAVE BLUETOOTH AND I HAVE 2 WITHOUT IT. WHAT KINDA PHONE DO U HAVE. I KNOW QUIET A BIT ABOUT THEM PHONES.. BUT I HAVE CINGULAR BUT ALL THE PHONES ARE THE SAME SO..

You don't need (and can't) to install anything on your phone for this, it's either got Bluetooth and will support file transfers or it doesn't, it's really that cut and dried. Assuming your PC/laptop is Bluetooth enabled then you just need to activate Bluetooth on the computer as well as the phone then you pair them together and initiate a transfer. There's a guide on how to do Bluetooth file transferring here (assuming you're running Windows XP):

That tutorial is talking about transferring files between two computers, rather than a computer and a phone, but it should get you pointed in the right direction.
