I am trying to find the font that's on the "I love NY" shirts. I found that the font is called American Typewriter but I'm not sure any fonts similar to this or any websites that have free downloads. If you can answer me that's great and if you can't well...

When I start up my computer, i can programs up but after a few minutes I can't. I get this message "This application failed to initialized properly (0xc06d007e). Click on OK to terminate the program" for microsoft works and "This application failed to initialized properly (0xc000000e). Click on OK to terminate the program" for just when trying to turn the sound on. I already tried doing a system restore but nothing happen

I have copies of dvd movies that I purchased. I wish to make further copies of these. My computer has 2 drives. Can I use windows Media Player to burn copies of these movies? k so i have IE-7. whenever i click one window closed, all the other windows close too. and i do mean windows and not tabs. actually when i close one tab it also closes other tabs and windows. basically, whenever i click any one window/tab closed it closes everything else. anyone know what the problem is??? please help i usually forget that's a problem and lose everything X_X

I have a Dell Dimension 2400 with a Intel Pentium 4 CPU 2.66GHz processor, 37GB hard drive and 128MB ram. It's supremely slow. I've eliminated all unnecessary processes, fragmented the drives and emptied the temporary internet files. What else can I do to speed it up? Also is this a pretty standard computer or a crappy one?

My friend has a movie that he made on this computer and he wants to copy that to a fomat that can make copies of the movie to sent out to others friends but he made a copy on the fomat SVCD and when he tries to copy it from his computer it will not allow him to do so.

The portfolios were in a reduced font and fit on a portrait page for many months. Then I started over with a clean hard drive, and I don't remember how to reduce the font of the portfolios to where they will fit. They fit with landscape orientation but that is not what I want now that I know the other is possible. Thank you for your help.

I get some very very loud grinding noises from the hard disk of my PC.

I understand that it may crash soon.

To recover data (around 80 GB) ,

1 ) Do I do a hard disk to hard disk transfer using this as a slave disk in another system ? It could crash during the process..

or

2) Or do I need to get the hard disk opened and do something to prevent a Head crash?

FYI, I'm running Windows XP.

I've been told many times that the number of programs I have that load at start-up seriously affects my computer's performance. Is this true? How do I access those programs to alter whether or not they load automatically?

And, if I cut it down to the bare minimum of programs at startup, will I notice a difference?
