how do i install and copy them and can i copy drivers too?i need to reformat my hard drive

Yes but I would use dvd because they will hold more files.

Just burn the DVD or CD with the files you want, usually by opening up the software that came with the drive, then dragging the files and/or folders into it, then selecting Burn. Once the CD or DVD is created, you'll have a copy of the files and can use them anywhere you want.
