The files that I am trying to save clearly say JPEG not BMP or ART but when I go to save them it only gives me those 2 options! Help!

There is a scrach on my CD (for a computer) and I was wondering if there was a scratch removal kit, or something that would erase or cover up the scratches? PLEASE HELP!

my computer is having some problem.
As I was working on my computer, it got restarted with the following error appearing with a blue screen.
" A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified in the stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for updates. Try changing video adapters.

Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press F8 to select Advanced Start up options, and then select safe mode.

or STOP FE8000000. I have updated drivers, disconnected hardware (printer is only thing connected and have updated its driver.
I have Registry Cleaner and CCleaner which I use regularly.
I turn off and turn on again and all is OK so is there anythingto worry about - will these screens cause damage or corruption or can I just ignore them??

i log on, get sites opened up, start doing the normal stuff...
THEN an error has occurred///send error report or not///and no matter what i do the thing kicks it off. can pull it right back open but its getting old...any ideas

A weird "empty" window randomly pops up in the windows task bar at the bottom and it kicks me from fullscreen mode. i even have tried zone alarm program control to stop all programs but it still goes through and i have no malware on my pc. please assist.

Can't seem to control my cursor. Each time I try to line it up with a link, it jumps away ... scoots all over the screen. At times I can't control or move it where I want to go. Keeps going to the right of the screen and jumps back out onto the screen in a straight line. I can't even line it up at times to sign out of e-mail or shut down my computer. Help !!! This is VERY frustrating. As soon as I can control it over a link/button (whatever), it moves away ...

I installed internet explorer about a week ago and have noticed that the padlock icon no longer appears down the bottom of the screen whenever I enter a supposed secure site. e.g, when entering passwords etc, the only icon that appears is the phishing filter icon, a square that goes green, is this the new icon or should the padlock icon still appear and if so is there something I can do to alter the probelm, i've been on the Microsoft website but it wasn't very helpful, I just wanted to contact someone but you had to go through aload of fuss to do so, can anyone give me some help/advice, it would be much appreciated? Thank you

Script errors when viewing web pages with either Internet Explorer or Firefox. Problems do not appear when logged on as another user. Have updated to latest Java but no benefit. Am running XP Pro with SP2. Any way to update/fix personal profile? I have tried all suggestions on Microsoft site.
