A weird "empty" window randomly pops up in the windows task bar at the bottom and it kicks me from fullscreen mode. i even have tried zone alarm program control to stop all programs but it still goes through and i have no malware on my pc. please assist.

I used to have a problem like that. I have been using hijack this and I have had no problems. It is not an easy program to use, but you might be able to submit a log file and your description on a site that analyzes hijack this log files. That is how I fixed mine originally, now I learned how to use it and I have been problem free.

Try running a full virus and spyware scan in Safe Mode.
Try using Winpatrol and Security Task Manager to see whats running when this happens, and if there's anything on your pc you don't recognise.

When was the last time your malware defination were updated? You need them to be updated frequently. It might have been something that slipped through. What you need to do is to uninstall then reinstall your maleware protection. That way it will catch it.
