Whenever I go to save an image from the internet it only gives me the option to save it as a BMP or ART file?

The files that I am trying to save clearly say JPEG not BMP or ART but when I go to save them it only gives me those 2 options! Help!

Get yourself a bmp to jpeg converter. They are only $10 bucks.

I've had to save some as .BMP files then open them with Paint and re-save as .JPG
