i dont want to put my own picture in i want the kind of cartoon picture

You mean on Yahoo Answers?
Well, first you need to upload your photo like I did on to your 360 * page and then click "Use my 360 picture" option in Yahoo Answers Profiles.
You can open your 360 page by clicking in the link under your regular Yahoo Profile Picture.

hiiii.......
first go to the address below and put you yahoo ID in the end:
http://profiles.yahoo.com/ "put your email in here" like
http://profiles.yahoo.com/blueboy_m83
then select "edit picture"
then select any yahoo picture that you want or you can upload your picture from you computer
then save your edit and that's it :)
