If you use windows xp with an internet connection you can double click on the time in the bottom right of the screen.

Then click the the 'time zone' tab and select your time zone from the drop down list.

Then click the 'internet time' tab and click the 'update now' button. Wait while the time is synchronise. When it has you will get a message saying 'the time has been successfully synchronised'.

Are you saying the time on your computer is wrong? The time normally shows in the task bar at the very bottom right of your screen. To set this right click on the time>Adjust/Date Time>Internet Time>use the drop down arrow and click on time.nist.gov>Update Now.

Make sure to click on Time Zone and verify you have the correct zone chosen.
