a computer is a cost effective device. it is a combination of all the needed sub devices.
hence, if you have finished your office work or any other work on your computer, you can surely use it for amusement.
it can be used for playing games, listening to songs, reading ebook or any other hobby that you have

My laptop is my stereo (CDs and MP3s), my TV and radio via a PCMCIA card that connects both, my video player (DVD and VCD) and my game machine.
I'm single and I live alone. Why would I need multiple devices costing thousands of dollars when I have one device costing hundreds?
