No, due to the law of diminishing returns. At least not with today's microprocessor and cache technologies. Oversimplifying, when you add more cache, it takes more time to manage the cache, eventually making more cache a bad thing, not a good thing. It is also much more expensive to make cache memory than RAM memory.
