a lot of websites i go on arnt working on my computer but working on other computers, could this be a virus or somethin? i have zonealarm antivirus and antispy and symantec antivirus, why isnt this getting rid of it please help

I recall that "macros" refers to a key on the keyboard that can be programmed with a limited amount of data. This data can be placed in a document or window with one key stroke. How do I set that up, please? I am running Windows XP. Thanks.

All they keys on my laptop worked fine until i ran a complete recovery. But now a couple of keys are mixed up:
When I intend to type @ (same key as number 2) the " (quotation mark) appears on the screen... and vice versa.
How can i change it back?

It is only a couple of years old. It was fast and it is a good spec but it takes SO long to log on, or do anything. I have emptied the cache, defragmented, done disk clean up, removed any programmes I think I can do without. Is there a simple "sort the bugger out" procedure to get it back to the way it used to be?

Where I live there are brief power outages about once per week. Because of this I am afraid to leave my computer in standby. Is it safer to just shut it down everyday or is hibernation safer than standby if the power goes off?

When I right cick on a folder and then go to properties then select the box to make it hidden how do I later on access the file. I have made two hidden folders and I can't figure out how to get back to them.
