Thanks to everyone except for "Phoenix S". You were no help. "If I don't know then I shouldn't ask". Ummm, what do you think a question is? Duh, If I knew then I wouldn't ask, and vice versa.

Open up My Computer
Go to Tools Menu
Pick Folder Options
Click on View tab
Look for Hidden Files and Folders
Click "Show Hidden Files and Folders"
Click OK (Or Apply and then OK)

Your files should now appear.

Viewing hidden files *MAY* expose some system files that would be really bad to delete. If you don't know computers too well, its best to follow the same steps but pick "Do Not Show" after so that you won't accidentally kill something that will damage your system.

in windows xp: open windows explorer; choose view; choose options. Click on the middle tab of the new window, you will see a checkbox that says "show hidden files/folders". make sure this is checked. Press apply; then ok, and look for your hidden file/folder.

and if u want the folder to not to remain hidden then right click on it and then choose properties and make sure that the hidden check-box is cleared

to access the hidden files or folder you go to the 'tools' option on the menubar
there u will find 'folder options',
click on that then a window will be opened there you will see 'general' and the 'view' tab so click on the view tab
in that view tab there are many radio buttons
click on one button written as "show hidden files and folders"
then click apply
and then ok

and again if the problem persists contact me on my mail id

You can download windows defender, this will show easily your hidden programmes or Ccleaner.
Alos look at help index in windows XP to show hidden files and how to unhide them.
C Cleaner.http://www.ccleaner.com/

This will tell you a lot about what is on your computer, such as running programmes, cookies, History, settings etc. and will help you clean up and remove unwanted items. Be careful how you use it as it is a very powerful programme and you should read the help index before you do anything with it.

Click in the folder again, you will see that it is fainter in colour than the rest of the folders, click on the Hidden box to remove the tick, click apply and it should be there again.

If you don't know, then you probably shouldn't be asking this question, and I most certainly shouldn't be answering. I will give you this, though, most times (if you're a windows user), it's under the dropdown menu,Tools, Folder Options, View. Figure the rest out yourself. ;)
