I've had a problem wth my computer it cant start. My os is windows xp. Can you help

You need to give more detail. Is it evern turning on? How far does it get? Do you get any kind of error message? Do you see the Windows XP logo, or does it crash before that? Does it start Windows but then never come up with the desktop?

There are a million possible causes. Need a lot more detail to be able to help... Sorry!

Try booting to Last Known Good Configuration by interrupting normal bootup by hitting F8 continuously until you see the Boot Menu.

If you have important data that u dont want to use i recomend to take it to a tech so u wont delete your stuff, now there are so many things why i wont start so try to remember what did u do last time it was operating. Post The question with more info

Where the heck did you get 9000Mhz? You may need to reinstall XP or possably your harddrive needs to be replaced or both.
