I one just one way and you can just use it if the person who instaled windows on your computer did not use password.when you turn on your computer on the page that you choose your account and asked for password press alt+control+delete and at that page enter no password and sign in.

On the password screen sometimes you can hit OK or Cancel without typing in the password and it will let you in to the desktop. But if it doesn't let you in then there is no way to get in with out asking your sister for the password.

Create another user account and don't input a password for that one. To do this, go to User Accounts in Control Panel, then click on Create a new account.
Both accounts will be shown when the computer starts up but if you select this new account you won't have to input a password.
There's another way to do it, but it requires software download (Tweak UI). I would suggest not doing it that way unless you know what you're doing with computers.

Tell your parent(s). They will probably make her get rid of the password. You should set up different profiles for each of you anyway, that way she can have her stuff and you can have your stuff.
