Something just all of a sudden popped up on my computer when I get online. I have had it before and got rid of it some how but don't remember how. How do I get rid of it? Plz help!!!

is there anyway to get proof that its not just a scam.This girl contacted me through asian friend finder.We have talked for about a month now she wants to live here with me.she says it would be easyer for her if I send her a western union transaction than a plane ticket that way she can get all the legal stuff taken care of in her town(papers legalized,fiancee visa,medical exam...ect) instead of going to Moskow to do it saving her a month's hotel and meal cost.She has written me many times & sent many pics.She sounds sincere but I am still suspisious and want to be very carefull!!.Has anyone here had any experience or luck with this type of thing?Anyone with any advise would be greatly appreciated Thank you

My grandpa, god bless him, is over 80 years old and lives in another state. He has a really funny message on his answering machine that I would like to record and keep forever. The only way to get that message is by calling him and hearing it over the phone. What should I do to record it? Thank you

Instead of showing images and pictures how they must be shown, in place of them,.... it shows ,...OK, Imagine a small white square, .... mentally divide it into 4 squares of equall sizes, Now in the top left square I have a red smaller square, on the bottom left hand square I have a Blue Triangle, ... and in between the top and bottom right square I have a small green circle,.
How can I fix this?!! i WANT see pic.s

i was sent IMs and i had to close the window due to other "issues" when i went ot message archive to retrieve them it was completely empty! its like they were never sent to me in the first place.

I'm trying to create a statistical report on the percntage of PC brand failure/malfunction -or "crash" rates (which brands/models crash most/least among users) worldwide. For instance: Brand-A desktop in Asia has a failure rate of 63.2% (of total units sold/used), brand-B has a failure rate of 34.1%...in this global region (Africa, Oceania, ect). Is there any link that can get me ot such information?

When I defragment my computer I am never sure whether once will do it or if I should do it on each user account. I have the administrator account and there are two other accounts.

Do I need to defrag all of them or will just doing it in one account work for the entire computer?

I'm confused. I am able to write many times onto my CD-R, but I thought you can only write once to this type?

I need to know for sure because I am taking it in to kinkos so they can write a file onto my cd-r, and I have to know if thwy will be able to write on it, even though I have files already on it.
