No! Turn it off when you sleep.
The constant spinning of the fan will not only wear out the computer faster, it will draw in dust and particles that ruin the computer from the inside out.
However, if your monitor has a sleep mode that saves energy and power and you live in a high-humidity area you should leave that part of your computer on. The humidiy can effect the monitor and leaving it in sleep mode will help it to last longer.

I only turn off the computer when an electrical storm is forecast. Otherwise it has been on 24/7 for almost three years now. That is what the techie in my husband's office said was best for the computer.
