well advanteges more portability disadvanteg more money for less capabilites

mobile computer as in a laptop?
Advantages:
1. doesn't take up alot of room & isn't too heavy.
2. you can unplug it & take it wherever...such as laying in bed where you are more comfortable.
3. Has the fun little movable button or touch pad - eliminating a mouse w/ a chord that can get tangled or caught on stuff.
Disadvantages:
1. Has only a certain amount of battery life when unplugged.
2. Can't put nearly as much on it unless you buy a larger capacity harddrive/motherboard/memory card.

Adventage: You can take it where ever you go.
Disadventage: It can easly get stolen, It is hard to find a places in order to hook up to the Internet (Traveling) There are not a lots of Hotel's, Motels that have the internet connection service..I can go on and on...

The advantages are you can move around with it.
The disadvantages are, it's harder to get an internet connection because you have to buy a router and it heats up a lot faster than a desktop computer.

Advantage -> Mobile
Disadvantage-> Battery Life and not easily upgradeable, price

Another disadvantage to laptops are, they are more susceptible to being stolen...all this government VA data that was stolen or lost lately, they were all on laptops. If you get a laptop buy one with fingerprint authentication.

I think they are more complicated machines then desktops. Besides their parts are tiny and hard to repair and you have to change if a part fails to work and you'd feel like a fool.

take it anywhere. it is really portable, but at the same time less memory and battery life.
