when i go to any site, no pic will show up its a outline and a box with blocks (circle,triangle,squre,)

MIssing image...
I will assume you are seeing a "placeholder" for that pic. Something put in its place because the real pic is unavailable.
(please add details)
Is every site you visit showing this instead of images? Or are you speaking only of a specific site. ANY sites deliver valid images? No matter lack & white, or crappy looking? And what browser are you using.
~ If it is not loading images
Your browser may have optiosn to show or hide images. The web browser Firefox does. This can accidentally be activated, causing such a problem.
There Might be such a option in Internet explorer (another popular browser)
~ If your color is the problem, nad you see images, allthough with poor color representation, then tou need to access your color properties in your display options.
Start menu > Control Panel > Display > Settings (tab)
And there is a drop down option. Make sure it says for color depth 16, 24, or 32 bit. Select and apply the highest. Leave the resolution options alone (which look like 800x600)

Check the settings of your browser. In IE there is a setting that says do not show pictures.
To verify if it's your settings, download Opera or Firefox and go to the same website, If the pictures appear then it is the settings in IE.
If the pictures do not appear, then you have software (firewall, toolbar, etc) that is set to not allow pictures to be displayed on websites.

That is a placeholder for pictures when they are trying to load. If this happens to every site, try reinstalling your browser. If not, it's probably just that site. Also check your firewall if you have one.

you might need to download Internet Explorer 7..if this doesn't fix the problem it may a problem with your windows..wish you luck
