i got the wireless router yesterday, i connected it and i got internet on my pc.. my laptop did not have internet yesterday, and today when i turned it on, it just got stuck.. everything is there, yet i cant do anything.. i cant even turn it off.. please help. i got no idea what to do !

But it wont boot o any of them. I dont have my original windows disk but my gf has hers. Can I delete my hard drive and install her windows and still be able to recieve updates from Microsoft? Is there anything else I can do? Please help

I work in the IT business and every so often we get calls that someone slipped on their keyboard and now their screen is upside down. We cannot figure out the key config that is doing this. Anyone have any idea?

I have tried de-fragging, anti-virus checks, antispy ware and anti-ad. I even tried downloading 'ccleaner' after reading advice given to someone with similar problems.
My start up is particularly slow and alsways comes up with a black screen saying "initalising error. Re-booting from windows (:/c)" or something similar (don't quote me!). What does this mean and what can I do about it - I don't have a windows xp disc as the computer is second hand.
Any advice would be gratefully recieved.
