I'm not entirely certain of what your problem is, because you've been pretty vague. "It got stuck" - what got stuck? "Everything is there" - what everything? Files? Operating system? Internet connection?

It sounds like what you're trying to say is that the operating system froze and you can't reboot. If nothing responds (holding CTRL + ALT while pressing Delete doesn't do anything) then take the battery out. Wait 30 seconds, put the battery back in and reboot.

You can't turn it off? Have you tried holding down the power button for 10 seconds? If that really doesn't work, remove the power cord and battery.

Regarding the wireless router; these are easy to set up-- follow the instruction manual. One caveat is that if you have cable internet (sometimes DSL) you may need to set the MAC address of the router to the MAC address of your computer (usually an option that says "Clone my computer's MAC address").

Do you have WIFI ability on your laptop or a wireless card in your laptop? What do you mean by "stuck"?

You need to go to My Connections in your Start menu under your Settings and then you need to disable local area connection and enable wireless connection.

If youre still stuck, then just contact me and I can help you further but I do need more detail.
