want to change my avitar to my own?

I want to change my pic to my own I cant seem to get it

First, go to your MY Q&A page and then click on EDIT MY INFO. Then under the pictures editing row, you can use 360 as your default picture. If you dont have 360 you need to signup for it. Once you get 360, then click on EDIT Pictures and then upload your own avatar picture. Make sure you make it your primary after you upload it and save it. Go back to MY Q&A and then click on EDIT my INFO again and then click your 360 as your picture preference. Then click preview, then hit submit.
